How much will shipping cost?
Depending on your country, shipping can range from $10 AUD to $39.95. The list below indicates your shipping price. We also offer Free Shipping on local orders, orders over $100 in Australia, and on international orders over $150.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
No, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item is faulty or damaged. It must be returned unworn and unused within 7 days of receiving it.
How long until my order is dispatched?
Orders are dispatched as soon as possible. We aim to ship within 1 day of you placing an order.
How long will my order take to be delivered?
Depending on where you order from, shipping may take 1-27 days. The list below indicates this estimated time of arrival.

Do you offer express shipping?
No, we currently do not offer express shipping. If that is something you are interested in let us know via instagram of email below.
How do I care for my items to get my moneys worth?
Wash all clothing on a gentle cycle with cold water, and then hang/sun dry. Iron white apparel. Use our wax and skate decks responsibly.
What if my package is lost?
In this unfortunate event, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the tracking number of the shipment is provided. It is the customer's responsibility to reach out to the shipping provider and request a refund if items are not delivered when tracking states overwise.
What about custom charges?
Custom charges occur at country borders when the value the shipment is over a certain threshold. This value varies between countries and tends to be extremely high. For customers who have a small order, this wont be an issue as few customers will meet this high value. However, if any customs charges incur, they will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by us.
